  5. Payment and Refunds: PacksAI use stripe payment gateway and user are bound to follow the stripe privacy and terms.  Some services may require payment. Payment terms and refund policies are detailed at the point of purchase. Payments are due upon agreement, and any non-refundable fees are specified beforehand. Refund is only acceptable if you haven't used the service yet within 30 days.
